Owning a home has always been a dream. Hello... I am American, aren't I? This day was a dream come true. Literally. No white picket fence for me... A brown one will do ;) This little number was once a 1930s Spanish style abode but had become so dilapidated that much of it was destroyed during renovations. Luckily, the character of the house remains on the inside. So much fun!!
